IAM Procedures: Development of Identity and Access Management (IAM) procedures for more than 250 applications for an international company that provides practice management solutions for legal professionals that describe enabling user access permissions, providing application functionality, and disabling user access.
Business Case: Development of a Business Case for a unique software solution(s) that would output content from a database into a configurable format with features, benefits, recommended options, and costs, including ongoing maintenance, flexibility, scalability, update frequency, etc., and address functional and non-functional requirements for an Ontario public sector organization.
User Manuals: Development of client-facing user manuals for the Canadian division of a global secure printing company.
PROCUREMENT: Procurement Advisory Services
Rapid RFP Turnaround: A special resource services company received notification of a government RFP issued only seven days before the procurement closed. Our task required a quick turnaround of the development of content, gathering and bundling supporting information, the inclusion of the response content into the procurement template, and preparation of documents for submission.
